He was in charge of our marketing and website and he clearly understands more than most how a negative feedback can impact a business. Four years ago, we installed a high-quality roof system for [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed], and we went above and beyond than the scope of repairs that his insurance required. [Member Name Removed] even featured their roof photos on our website. We had a falling out because they insisted that a leak was coming from the roof we installed. [Member Name Removed] and [Member Name Removed] did begin a claim with the Better Business Bureau in 2017. The BBB did investigate and sent a third party to inspect his claim. The BBB ruled in our favor. It is impossible to please everyone all of the time.
