My vehicle's Check Engine light was on and I had to get a state inspection sticker. Mountain Park ran the diagnostics and found that some air sensors were bad. They worked with me to get the best price for the parts and they were able to do the repairs quickly. They pointed out some other issues that may need to be addressed soon, but they were honest on how they suggested that I prioritize these repairs and they did not push. We did a couple of the critical repairs and will do the others as money permits. They are always friendly and an excellent choice if you need repairs done on your vehicles. They are my first choice in auto repairs.

Vehicle had no oil pressure, thus could not be driven. Luis (the service manager) suggested that I call a wrecker service and have the vehicle delivered to Mountain Park Automotive. I did as he recommended, and found that I did not have to pay the wrecker service up front, but charged Mountain Park Automotive - this was a matter of convenience. Later that day, Luis called me to say that he suspected the problem was not the oil pump (expensive) as I had thought, but possibly a pick up tube (cheap). This is the kind of business that earns your trust, as he could have charged me for a very expensive part that I didn't need. I have done business with this shop many
times in the past, he they re-earn my trust and confidence every time.

I was very pleased. My vehicle had stopped on the street while going for lunch, and was forced to tow it "somewhere." So I called somone very close to me to see if they could recommend someone. They recommended I take my vehicle to Mountatin Park. The tow truck got it there around 3 or 4 pm on a Tuesday, the place closes at 5. I really thought I wouldn't have my car until late Thursday, or Friday morning, like most mechanics. The next morning, i went to meet the mechanic (for the first time). He was very polite and amicable, and informed me as to how he would adress my problem by telling me he would first check to see if it was simply some bad wiring or connections, but in case it was the alternator ( like I suspected) he already placed the order the night before. Well it turned out it was the alternator, and my car was ready the same day! He was very efficient and best of all very trustworthy.
