They come out to your house before they do any services and they check out how many rooms you want cleaned and then they give you a quote based on that, and the amount of hours for them to do that. I'm regular now with them, I've been using them for a while. They come out every two weeks but on the original phone call that I made for them to come out, they came and did a quote, they only do that once and that's free. The first time, I wasn't really happy but when I called the office and I told them what I didn't like, they assured me that they would talk to the staff and they would take care of it, and they did and I haven't had any problems since then. I'm very happy with the way that they clean, they stay within the time zone of how many hours I want them there, they were on time, and they do what they're supposed to do. I basically determine how much I want to pay them pretty much, if I don't want to pay them the price that I'm paying then I can just cut the hours down, you as the customer can control the price.
