Landscaping our entire backyard was easy with this company. They were able to give a reasonable quote within one day, and finish the project in a week and a half. We started with a dirt lot and ended up with beautiful sod, sprinkler system, a rock perimeter, trees planted, and custom privacy fence. There were a few repairs that needed to be done along the way, but the team was extremely quick to come back to fix everything up. We are definitely enjoying our backyard oasis, and would hire Arturo and his team again.

I had a great experience with this company. Arturo was very professional, punctual and explained everything perfectly to us. The roof and cosmetics damage on the ceiling was perfectly repaired. I hope not to have roof leak again, but if I do, I'll call Arturo again. Highly recommended....

Knowledgeable and exceptional work. Will be hiring them again. Updated feedback...I am a veteran and business owner will not repair leaks to the areas they previously repaired. Owner very responsive to pick up 8 k but does not return calls once paid. Roof is leaking at various areas and owner states its ONLY leaking under the roof at edges that he previously repaired and will no longer repair his mistakes. I do not recommend this business he does not stand behind his work.

"We did his roof back in July 1st 2022 had a 5 star review from Mr. Ríos because of our excellent work. We give 6 month warranty on repairs. Customer call us back almost a year later for drops of water coming thru the drip age, not the roof shingles. The water falling down the drip age wasn?t doing any damage on the repairs we did. We went by and explained to the customer that there nothing we can do about it and that the warranty was already expired."

Project: Regular Roof maintenance. Arrived on time on the agreed-upon time. We had unusually heavy rains which exposed some leaky areas. We needed it to be addressed quickly. Even though the crew was already committed to other projects, The owner made sure the work got done on the same day. I would highly recommend Modern Image.

We had three landscapers come out to give us a quote. Modern image had the best pricing, the best reviews, and also the only one certified with the better business bureau. I am so glad we went with them, they did a great job installing an irrigation system and laying new sod for us.

When they arrived Ernesto was very professional. He listened to my ideas and added his thoughts. The quote they present was in my price range. Modern Image Construction was a perfect choice. After the completion of the yard, they always check back to see if any problems have arisen. No hesitation to come out and repair. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and quickly responded but had to reschedule the initial date and the workers that showed up were teenagers who left a bunch of trash on the ground. The repairs were not completed correctly and very costly for the minimal repairs to the roof. Would not hire this company again.

"The price was fair, we don?t force any customer to agree to our prices. The people that we hire are 21 years old or older we have never hired teenagers to work with us. Is not our fault that they still look very young. Last thing we always make sure to pick up the trash after the job is done. Leaving the job scene clean."
