General Remodeling
Required large deposit and used funds to finance other projects. Worked on our project when he got money from other project. Stopped working on project after he ran out of money. He was fully paid at this point. Had another contractor complete project.
Do not pay this contractor upfront. Get everything in detailed writting and be sure you watch them work to insure work is done correctly.

He's excellent! He does every kind of work. One of our relatives recommended him. He does incredible decorative flagstone tile work.
