4 years ago, we had an emergency need to take care of: a collapsed sewer line. Fixing that required digging a trench through the whole house from bathroom to bathroom. Bill Murray of Mesa Home Improvements came and gave us a price for remodeling both bathrooms. The work was impeccable! The work site was always clean! The final product was beautiful. 4 years later I had an issue with the grout in the tile in one bathroom. Unfortunately I did NOT call Mesa Home Improvements first; the guy who came cut part of the shower pan and just wanted to do too much. I contacted Mesa Home Improvement who came out, fixed what the tile guy had done, and made the shower perfect again. I will always go to Mesa Home Improvements first no matter the size of the job. I was completely satisfied……excellent work! Epoxy included to make the grout last maybe forever!

Perfect A+ Rating.  If I could go higher I would.  Mesa Home Improvement Inc. is a very reputable and professional company, I would definitely recommend their services. I had several contractors bid on my project Mesa Home Improvement Inc. and Bill Murray owner was always on time and very professional. The quality of the products and the installation of services was unbelievable.  Mr. Murray has a show room where we spent a lot of time working out details and selecting material.  Mr. Murray was very patient with us and very thorough leaving no details left out. Mr. Murray is very good with decor and coordinating colors. I've had work done in the past and I was very disappointed in the contractor,  the workers and the finished work.   Mr. Murray was at our job site daily inspecting his employees work, they showed up on time every work day. The clean up after the construction was exceptional with no debris left. Also they cleaned up at the end of every work day.  The windows are amazing so quiet in my house now not to mention warmer and cooler very energy efficient. Bathroom and kitchen work was also amazing I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Love my Windows, Kitchen, and bathroom.

Great from quote stage through construction and final completion. Clean work not disurbing etc

I was very dissatisfied with their service. I felt overcharged and I didn't receive the bathroom I wanted.

I had used this company before and was very satisfied with their work, so I called them again.  As before, they were punctual, professional, explained all they the work they were going to do, and ensured that the work was to my satisfaction.  They were careful to keep disruption of my schedule to a minimum.  The work was done to high standard and was actually completed ahead of schedule.  I was very pleased and would recommend them highly.

I called Mesa based on positive Angie's List comments and listing in the NARI guide.  An appointment was made for an estimate, which was kept punctually.  The rep was professional and knowledgeable.  He explained how the work would be done and laid out options for the materials to be used.  Work began right on time and progressed according to plan.  The work crew was courteous and professional and took pains to ensure that the areas they traversed and worked in were left clean at the end of each day.  The same rep who made the estimate monitored the work and kept me up to date on its progress.  I had a couple of minor concerns during the work, which were taken care of immediately.  I am very pleased with the job done.  Although this was a rather small project, I was always treated as though it was the most important one on the company's plate.  The total experience was very positive and I would not hesitate to use this company again and to recommend it to others.

I contacted the Mesa Home Improvement Inc.via email direct from their internet site location.  I received a response the next day and met the company represenative the following week.  The representative listened and quiered on every aspect of what I wanted done.  He carefully reiterated my needs to ensure they were correct.  The company representative and owner made a follow-up visit to recheck all the details and do a complete measurement of the rooms.  Both were courteous and  professional. 
It took approximately 3 weeks to complete the work.  I was notified regularly of the day workhours and kept informed as to the service personnel that would be on site- Demolish team/clean up, wall preparation, tile, electrical work, plumping.  I was extremely pleased with all the service personnel.  They went to great efforts to cleanup the work area and the exit and entry into the house.  The Company representative and owner dropped in several times a week to confer with service personnel and keep me informed.  All the teams - general, tile, plumbing, and electrical were customer oriented which I conisdered very important in feeling that my needs were met. 
Overall I am extremely pleased the job.

.The price was fair  but I expected an exceptional job.  There were some minor problems as they got paint on my cloth shower curtain. I didn't notice some imperfections in granite top until a couple of months later . Cabinet door does not fit flush as they replaced hardware.  I just noticed these things but have not called them about these problems as the last estimate I got from them was extremely high and I can live with these things.  You don't always get what you pay for.
They covered floors but did not cover item in bathroom as they worked.  They were neater than some workers but still not as neat as I thought for the money.

It was excellent work.  I was very surprised how much it improved the appearance of the bathroom.  They arrived right when they said they would.  Very happy with their work.

Before the project, Bill reviews samples of tile, counter-tops, colors, cabinetry, fixtures, etc.  I like to do some of my own research, but also feel comfortable discussing his view of different materials, color combinations and what not.

The project went smoothly and professionally.  The area being remodeled was well isolated by plastic sheets keeping most of the dust created by construction out of the rest of our home.  I dropped by a few times during my lunch just to see the progress and work done.  Bill's been in the business for a while and knows which subcontractors he trusts for plumbing, tile work, drywall and painting, electrical, etc.  I've been impressed with their work, and they are easy to talk to.

Bill's foremen are also easy to talk to and not only will let you know what's happening but are receptive to questions and concerns.  Bill himself is easy to reach (I've used phone, email and texting) and also receptive to questions and concerns.  I've always received quick answers.

Bill's foremen do a good job of quality control, but Bill is also very open to comments and requests based on my own review of the work done.

We still have a couple rooms that are in line for remodeling.  We'll be seeing Bill and his crew next summer!
 

Outstanding professional staff and superb quality of work. The estimate as to how long the repairs were going to take was right on. I recommend Mesa Home Improvement to handle any remodel job. They are absolutely rock solid and totally reliable. This was the second time we have used Mesa Home Improvemnt's services. They completely remodeled our master bath 7 months ago and did a tremendous job. This previous experience is why we waited almost a month for them to handle these flood repairs instead of using some other contarctor.

I was already well acquainted with this company, and my recent experience confirmed what I already knew. They do what they say they will do and do it well.

I felt that it was a fair price. They were outstanding. Bill Murray is the owner, and he was very good. They were prompt. They kept me updated on the project. If they couldn't be there, they would call to let me know. They were always on time. They cleaned up every day, and they finished in a timely manner. I was pleased with them and would definitely hire them again.

On Aug 24, 2010 called Mesa Home Improvement and left message that for them to call me back. On Aug 25th Bill Murrary returned my call and I explained to him my problem. He said that was over loaded with home repairs/alterations and wasn't doing too much in the roofing area at this time. I explained that I was having no luck in getting someone to come out and give me an estimate for repairs. He then told me that he would get with his people and call me back tomorrow after 1 Pm on Aug 26. He stressed that if he told me he would call -he would do so- and true to his word I received his call and he set up an appointment with me and again true to his word his people showed up at the time he gave me.I want to stress that this type of service is almost unheard of in today's business world. His integrity is some thing that he and his customers can be very proud of -that what he says he means-. I for one am very thankful that I contacted him through Angie's List because other wise I would of more then likely never made contact with him. What really surprised me was that when his supervisor arrived he told me Bill Murray had told him that if he could find the leak to go ahead and make the repairs and that there would be charge for his service. Here I need to stress that he had no knowlege that I would use him for the ceiling repairs, see above. I am still in awe over this type of compassion and service given to this 81 year old man, and I truly thank him from the bottom of my heart. I FOR ONE WILL SURELY USE HIS SERVICE IN THE FUTUE WITHOUT RESERVATION AND WILL RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE

They were ok.

This is truly one of the best experiences with a contractor and team of workers I have ever had. They said the job would take 2-3 days - they finished in 2 days. They were very respectful of our home and belongings and took great care with everything. They covered floors and windows where they were working. I am a very particular housekeeper and their clean-up was exceptional. They took their time doing the job carefully and professionally. The 3 large spots in my ceiling are not even noticeable as they blended the texture so very well. They repaired and coated our flat roof with 2 coats of elastomeric paint. It looks brand new and is now leak free! I was truly amazed they completed as much work as they did in only 2 days. The contractor had workers inside and on the roof at the same time so the disruption to our lives was minimal. The work is now complete and our lives are back to normal!

If you need home improvement work (not just kitchens), I'd recommend these guys hands-down. All the workers were unfailingly pleasant, polite, timely, and professional. On more than one occasion, they did more than we asked or got us better equipment than planned, without charging us extra. They completed the work on the schedule they promised, 10 working days for a thorough kitchen remodeling! The next time we need work done on the house, I'll call them in a heartbeat!

All appointments were kept promptly. Bid was submitted within 4 days of first inspection & work was completed quickly. Everything from first contact to clean-up was done to my satisfaction.

They did an excellent job and got it completed pretty quickly. The windows are Anderson Windows.
