Merry Maids of El Paso

Merry maids has been cleaning my home for three years. I chose them because I was told they are bonded, professional, and reliable.

During this long time with them, they replaced broken items, changed the cleaning teams several times and would ask how they could come out to fix what was not finished if I was unhappy. However, over the last few months, the cleaning was not to my standards. (Toilets not scrubbed clean under rim; Mopped floors in kitchen still dirty; counters not wiped down) I recently had the floor tile grout cleaned and sealed, and requested the ladies use a different cleaner on my floors so as not to damage or dirty the new floors. They didn't like the new floor cleaner, and asked me to sign a waiver concerning damage due to the new cleaner. I went in to their office stop their service, and was handed my key, no questions asked. Since I had them clean my home every other week for the last three years, I expected to be asked why I terminating their service. I was disappointed that they did not ask what they could do to convince me to stay with them. I could only guess that they wanted more money, since I was paying the same amount for so long, or they didn't have enough help to continue to come to my home.

They did an excellent job. They did very, very minor details. They got into the chandelier, the ceiling fans, they scrubbed the boards on the walls. They worked really hard and did an really good job.
