 + 0 moreThe complaint we have with them, is our water feature began to leak bad, we have been calling them at mastercuts to get it taken care of. Understand we had full intentions of paying for there service. Its going on a month now and nothing from Mastercuts, finally there receptionist informed us they were too busy and maybe after thankgiving. She did offer to send a landscraper with no knowledge of water features over, but we still don't even know if that's going to happen either. We have spent countless hours on our water feature for the last month and 1/2 trying to figure it out ourselves. Our water bill has doubled and we are obviously on are own.
Description of Work: Last August we had a water feature installed and sprinkler system put in. We had hired 150 Sunset on Sunset Rd, to do the work. The estimator who came to our house was great and very helpful, so we hired them. When the work began we started to realize that this nursery was afiliated with MasterCuts on Executive. That made us leary because in the past we had called them to repair a damaged pipe and needed information for our insurance company and had a hard time getting it. They would put us off, and wouldn't return our calls. However we stayed with them because the estimator was very good and kept on her co workers to complete the job. She brought the pond person and he installed a beautiful water feature. We have enjoyed it all summer. Until in August it started to leak. See Below

 + -1 moreAfter waiting a week for them to call back for an appointment I laid out what I wanted. Representative took ideas and site plan to call back when design was finished. 4 weeks and I heard nothing, so I called and they had no record that wwe had ever spoken.
Description of Work: Hired to landscape front and back lawn in new house.
