Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
The owner was quick to respnd Examined the damage and a contract was prepared.A short time later,approximately 1 week.A team completed the repair. I did not inspect the work. The owner called the next day to inquire about the job completed and Needed anything else asked if I was satisfied with the job.Mak and his employees were very professional and courteous. I will call them again if necessary for other projects.

Mak Roofing did a professional job on the roof of my house. I had the work performed approximately 6 months ago. I had the entire roof coated with 1" spray foam. Very pleased with process, cleanliness, and impact it has had on my HVAC bills. My home is so much cooler . What I was most pleased about was Felix's willingness to make sure I was pleased. A couple of items I needed to have some extra work done after the job was completed and he DID NOT HESITATE to get it done. Due to my experience, I will be calling them to work on my roof's Terra Cotta tiles damaged by the hail storms earlier this year. As far as I am concerned, they do great work

Shows up as scheduled, workforce made contact, inquired as to anything special they needed to be aware of and took time to answer my questions. Work was done in the time frame scheduled. Walk through was scheduled at my convenience and again Felix patiently answered all my questions. two nights later high winds again hit my area actually knocking down MAK ROOFINGs project sign, which was recovered and put back up, 'cause unlike some of my neighbor's roofs, mine is still here.

Mak Roofing was quick to start work on replacing my roof. After they pulled off the old roofing material, it rained that night. The subsequent damage to the ceiling inside the house from the rain was also repaired at no additional cost. When the subcontractor they used for these interior repairs performed sub-standard work, Mak Roofing had him come back out and redo the repairs. All it took was for me to identify the problem, and they immediately responded. The only reason I don't provide five stars is that the crew didn't do an very good job picking up after themselves, and I picked up numerous peices of shingles from what I assume was the trimming of the new shingles. I didn't notice this until after the job was completed and winds blew these scraps of shingles off of the roof. I would use this company again.

This professional was very knowledgeable and able to complete the work within the insurance budget. His entire team provided quality worksmanship. I really appreciated that they cleaned up nightly after they concluded for the day. What was even more impressive was that they worked on weekends to accommodate my work schedule.
