I paid approximately $8k for backyard install. It included shading for my pool area. Included in the promise also is monthly trimming for the first year. Leon has yet to return to do maintenance on the yard as promised. The shading he created for the pool fell apart. He came to pick it up nearly a month after being contacted as this fell under the one year warranty of his work. That was in August. It is now October and still no return of shading we paid for nor will he return our calls. Concrete work needed follow up because of pooling. Promised to send someone to fix it. Still no fixing. He was adamant about being paid, but is terrible at keeping his word. Don't trust him. Less

Great. The drainage was installed within one day and they always pay great detail to the yard when they service it.
