I was hospitalized for one night
The bedroom was not clean
the red emergency button in the room was not working
I had to stand-up and work with needle in my arm to ask for a "pee bootle"
I had to wait about 20 minutes to get it
I was charged about $1500 for a night
The billing department did not care and would not even give a discount

The physical therapists were friendly, but you never saw the same one twice. Sometimes they were very distracted, talking to other patients. Also, there was very little use of modalities other than exercises that could have been done at home.
