Kasco Ventures, Inc. is recognized as a leader in El Paso, Texas in industrial and manufacturing facilities for multinationals located in the El Paso/Ciudad Juarez, Mexico region. Our services include property management, structural development, and land sales. Property Management: Construction Management and Design/Build Projects, Pre-construction, cost control, project start-up, Tenant improvements. Land Development: Plotting Excavation, Paving. Structural Development: We design and build our own buildings. This includes Structural Steel Fabrication, Steel Erection, Engineering & Design, and Commercial Roofing. Land Sales: Kasco offers qualified buyers opportunities to purchase land located in and around the southwest. Kasco’s full service capabilities have focused on the development and management of high quality commercial and industrial real estate properties. Kasco has developed 2.8 million square feet, managed over two million square feet of office, commercial and office/warehouse space.
