I have been using them for 30 years. They care to let me know what they had to do and why they did it. If it is cheaper in an auto motive repair shop then we have to worry about what I actually got for my money. They are excellent on responsiveness.

I really like them. It has always been an "A" experience with them. The owner is very personable and he tries to do what he can to help his customers get the best deal and the best service. They are a good and honest company that knows how to do the work and would not rip you off.

We have used Jerry's for years and find them to be friendly and professional. They are always prompt in addressing our needs. The parts they use are top quality and we have never had to return for continued service on items they have repaired. Their kindness and responsiveness to the customer is outstanding. As a woman, with little mechanical background, I always feel confident they are being fair and up front with their service. They take our vehicle in and provide the requested service while we wait in their clean waitiing room. There is a tv and refreshments available which makes the wait painless. After completing the work, they explain what they did and make any suggestions for other services that might be needed. There is never any pressure.
