Very nice staff. The foreman was responsive and courteous, to include promptly addressing a few workmanship concerns we mentioned. They were pretty messy with roofing nails and debris on various days depending if certain staff were present or not. Some of the young guys repeatedly rested or talked on cell phones while the older guys were working hard. I had to purchase a small magnet to roll around property to remove roofing nails and metal shavings not picked up by their larger magnet. After every wind storm since the job completion, we're still having various old roofing nails and paper blow down into the yard where they must have left them on top.
My husband had to take a week off from work to ensure various details were handled such as the dual paper layers under shingling, proper sheeting replacement and a few other nailing issues. We had a huge amount of rotten sheeting under the shingles which was not initially estimated for and caused the total roofing expense outside of insurance to be about $3500 higher than anticipated. Had we realized the true extent of rot, we would have probably chosen another company with a lower cost of sheeting as this company ran about $0.85 higher per sheet than other quotes. Due to the rotten sheeting, the initial estimation of 4 days lengthened into about 3 weeks with subsequent trim issues of another week.
This company, however, was very good with follow up, seemed reliable and knowledgeable and ultimately had the quickest availability compared to the other quotes. Any concerns or subsequent issues we experienced after job completion have also been dealt with relatively quickly and with the same amount of courtesy.

They are excellent.  I had them three times.  They were on time.  They didn't play the radio splashing for the neighbors could hear it; they were quiet.  They just kept to the work and they did an excellent job.  The area was absolutely clean the entire time.  They have one person constantly going around cleaning up the exterior of the roof.  It went excellent.
