There was a serious leak under sink. Water was dripping out of cabinet!  Juan Rodriguez was called & informed of problem & I asked him for immediate help.  He said he was in Horizon and couldn't come.  He said that he would call his brother Jesus, (who did the actual work & Juan was present), to contact me.  Juan called me back and said his brother had "lost" his phone, so he couldn't be contacted.  He hung up and never bothered to offer any help and he never bothered to call me back to see if I had gotten any help.  Very unprofessional response!
    I had to call someone else & incur further expense.. The leak was fixed.  The leak was caused by J & J's failure to check that  their work was finished properly & to check that all the valves were tightly secured & properly tightened.  
    The leak caused extensive damage to articles under the sink, especially all the paper products.  The cabinet where this occurred was a new, solid wood custom-made cabinet which was soaked.  I now have to worry about the wood being irreversibly warped & damaged; not to mention that there might be mold damage.  I also incurred additional expense due to replacement of items damaged and the additional cost of electricity, I had to keep fans running 24/7.
     Their work is sub-standard.  In another room that they had worked on:  The wallpaper trim which they re-secured is already peeling off and the valance strip they put up over the closet doors, fell off.  The bedroom furniture was not put back and I am unable to move this heavy furniture back by myself.

I was very pleased overall. This firm came recommended by a neighbor for whom J.E.J. has performed several smaller home projects. The recommendation was spot on.
