They were great at the beginning. Once installed, they were very desperate for their final payment. Not even 24 hours after installation, they called me numerous times on my cellphone in the morning and even called my office (which I had not provided them with that number). They texted me as well (I felt hounded) and I responded via text even though I was in a work related meeting. I had told their installer the previous day that I would call midday, as I was not at home to see the final installed product (I was at work). I did call and paid and I also let them know that I was not pleased with the quality (I have this in writing via text). She assured me that their installers would call me and I believed her, so I paid and to my surprise weeks have passed and no call. You can see the dried up paint drips through many of the shutters. Just very poor quality. If pictures are needed, I can provide them along with the text messages from this company.

Overall 90% good job - Asked for the shutter to match exactly the other 7, said it was 'no problem'  - shutter arrived and installed, not the same design.  The new shutter panels do not 'overlap' like the original shutters - they put a spline between the shutter panels (does not match others),  "That's the way we make them" was the answer.

during the construction, the used wood dowels to make the shutters - the dowels were cut slightly short leaving them recessed in the wood and not finished, does not look good - and they drove a nail into the side of the shutters to stop the panels from moving during transport - now I have a nail hole in the side of my shutters and recessed dowels (not painted) - showed it the installer, ........  he quickly whips out a caulk gun - BAM - covered up.  these are small issues on a nicely built shutter, too bad the 'finish' was rushed and now i have a beautiful custom shutter that has caulk hiding the recessed dowels and nail holes .......  he should have not recessed the dowels, should have sanded them and painted them when he painted the shutters also do not drive a 6 d nail into the panels to hold them for transport :(

We have no problem refusing work not up to par ... but We kept the shutter despite the above problems, 90% good job
