They came in June to see what the problem was and decided it was with the starter switch and said they would order the part. This visit cost $69.95. I did not hear from them again for two months until I phoned back. The office girl was very defensive and said she was sure she had left a message on my answering machine a couple of weeks previously. I did not receive the message and there was no apology or attempt to phone again. We made an appointment to install the switch. When they arrived the told me they could not install the switch because the opening in the access door was not large enough to remove the motor, which needed to be done. I then had to call a contractor who came and enlarged the door. In-home appliance returned on 9/13/2013 to install the new switch. The over all impression was of inefficiency.

The first time they came was about three or four months ago, and when they came back because I called them the second time, he said that he did not want to charge me because it was the same problem, and he was very nice about it. I would say that it was very reasonable. He is very fair. I think he might have come from El Paso, and he did not charge me for the second call. The washing machine which he came to fix is still working. He was exceptionally responsive. He was punctual and professional.
