At the time of purchase and install great. Don't count on service calls to get answered. Text messages are not replied and voice message never called back. These guys are very professional and polite at the initial sale and installation. They are the definition of conn artist. When I first called this company to get a quote for price and installation, I told them I would call them back if I decide to go with them. After many weeks Eddie Salas called me and convinced me to go with them. It seems that this guys only call you or return your call at the initial time of sale and install. After that don't hold your breath for anything else. Eddie replied to my text message only because I told him I would go to the local news station about GREAT service. Lol! He replied that my service warranty has expired, which was true. I mention that I called him many times during the time of warranty and never replied. I still have 10yr warranty on parts. I would have to pay for labor. Which I was willing to pay for it. I am very disappointed that I was conned by this company and feel bad that I referred 2 other people to them. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

We hired Iceland for our conversion 2 years ago. Everything went great. We had issues with one vent and called. After repeated messages left, Eddie would never answer or call back. We recently needed our thermostat replaced. Because we called from a different number Eddie answered. He said he would call back but did not. And when we called him he did not answer.

I called at 7 A.M. and talked directly to the owner Eddie, I told him our AC was not cooling. He said he had other calls in the area and that they would be there between 10-12. They arrived at 11:30 and promptly checked out the system. Richard explained in detail what needed to be done to trouble shoot the problem. Rito and Mark were the other 2 with Richard and were polite and professional as well. I highly recommend Iceland Refrigeration they will be my AC repair Co. from now on.

What a company Iceland Refrigeration is! I am in Property Management and have worked with many refrigeration companies but this one takes them all! They not only met my expectations based on other companies but exceeded them by far! Thank you Iceland Refrigeration!

Called five different companies for estimates.  Iceland Air was the only company that answered the phone and scheduled an estimate on the spot.  Spoke with Eddie and he was very friendly and personable.  Showed up on time and gave an estimate on the spot, which was $2000 cheaper than the other guys.  Thus, we scheduled them to remove our old evap cooler and install all the required parts for a 3.5 ton refrigerated air system.  They showed up on time and got to work.  There were about 5 people on their crew that all worked together (one or two inside, the rest outside).  They were all very polite and friendly.  One worker even helped me look for my cat when I couldn't find her.  They finished at about 5 pm and cleaned up after themselves.  Lastly, Eddie gave me some instruction on how to use the thermostat and how to change the filter.  All in all, once they left you couldn't even tell anyone had been in our house.  The only minor problem I had was when they removed the old thermostat, it left a sizable hole in the wall which they just filled with cocking.  I ended up having to re-drywall that section of the wall.
Two weeks later, our unit still works great and even survived a massive hailstorm that destroyed everything else on our roof and around our house (it was about the only thing that was not damaged).  Have even called Eddie several additional times with questions and he is still very friendly and helpful.  I have no doubt that years from now, if I have questions he will be more than happy to help.  Highly recommend them!

I called Eddie (owner) and made an appointment.  He arrived on time and immediately made a good impression.  He met with my husband, did a walk thru of our home and gave several options on what he thought we might want. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He had no problem climbing into our attic crawl space to assess the condition even though it was 100 degrees.  I spoke to him on the phone a couple days later and he agreed to email me his estimate which was much less than the other estimates I had received from other companies, again giving us different options.  We chose a Ruud, 5 ton split system for our 2,000 square foot house.  We scheduled the work to start on July 7th.  Eddie and his team showed up first thing in the morning ready to work.  They installed the unit including new ducting within 3 days. This was no easy task since our house was built in the 50's and not very well constructed.  It even required the use of a crane to lift the unit onto the roof of our back patio which we all agreed was the best place to put it and he absorbed the cost of the crane rental without charging us extra.  We are really enjoying the cool air in our home now.  They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company.

I found Iceland Refrigeration on Angie's List as I did the other contractors that I got quotes from. When I called Iceland, Eddie,he's the owner, he came to my house that same afternoon and sat with me and gave me his estimate. From the moment we talked, I knew I wanted Iceland to do the work. Eddie is a very knowledgeable and professional person, very well mannered and had answers for all my questions. He was very patient in explaining the different HVAC systems and how they work, never once showing he was in a hurry to move on to prices or signing the deal. Eddie sets the bar for customer service, great person. I told him also that I wanted my electrical service upgraded to a 200 amp service and he has electricians that would do that for me. So I signed the deal. On Saturday, June 27, he called me before 7 am and told me he would arrive in about 10 minutes. He and his crew showed up promptly and got to it. They laid drop cloths from the entrance of my house to the work area.The crew, Eddie, Richard and Ruben were very organized and just started taking care of business. They removed my old furnace and two swamp coolers in no time at all and started installing the new furnace and coil. At 8 am, the electricians showed up and started their portion of the installation. They removed my old service and built a new GE 200 amp service, all up to code, in a very short time. Also very clean and professional workers. At 9:20, the crane showed up, rigged the new condenser unit and sent it up to the roof and set it on the stand that  Eddie had built. They rigged the 2 evap units I had on the roof and brought them down. Before it got any hotter that morning, Ruben climbed into the attic and connected a duct to service my converted garage / tv room with cooling and heating. Another crew member, Frank,  showed up and removed all my old registers and installed new ones. He vacuumed the ducts  as he was going. He also removed all the old equipment as well as all the trash from my home. The old  roof jacks were cut to within one inch exposure and were covered with galvanized metal, sealed and they added roof granules to match my roof color. By 2:30 pm, the unit was running and they made adjustments at the registers to insure all the rooms were receiving cold air. They picked up all they had laid down and left my home clean. You could never tell they were there. They are very clean and professional workers. I have nothing bad to say about them. I am very pleased with my new 4 ton  HVAC system. I highly recommend Iceland Refrigeration to anyone looking to convert their swamp coolers. Financing was made available by them. So don't hesitate or put off being cool and comfortable inside your home. Call Iceland today.

Showed up on schedule.  Did the job in one day.  Probably the most professional and neat work I've seen.  I had gotten quotes from 6 other HVAC installers.  Went with Iceland on the recommendation of a friend.  Best decision ever.

Received phone call to advise that they were running a little late, but would be there within 20 minutes, which they were.  First thing they did was to put down canvas over my carpet to catch any debris.  They removed my old furnace and refrigeration a/c unit and installed a whole new HVAC system.  When they were finished, they cleaned up after themselves and other than the fact I had a new system, you would never have known they were there.  A big plus in my book.  All of the technicians were knowledgeable and very professional.  Ran into one glitch when they determined that I did not have an attic and had to rethink installation of the compressor from side of the house to the roof.  Called in a crane and problem solve.  
I would recommend Iceland to anyone who is looking to replace their HVAC system.  From initial contact to finished product, an A+ transaction.

Iceland converted my old swamp cooler to a refrigerated system (5 ton Rheem) and they did a very good job. The employees were very methodical and clean. A subsequent call was made regarding an issue with poor air flow and they showed up to modify the air ducts which resolved the problem. I will definitely recommend this company in the future. They were very punctual and were very professional. The owner was also willing to beat other estimates which meant that they do want the work. A+++ all the way.

My experience with them was nothing short of pleasant…that is considering the circumstances. It was a holiday weekend and was not expecting such courteous and prompt service. At a cost of approximately $130, the price having gone up because of the holiday weekend was still reasonable to me because it saved my family and I from having a hot and miserable long weekend.

Vendor removed old master cool evap coolers, installed new duct work, installed two themes packaged refrigerated a/c units.

The crew arrived on Thursday morning, removed the old system, made necessary modifications and had the new system installed and running by late afternoon. They returned on Friday morning to install the air conditioning unit on the roof and finish the installation. The crew took the time to clean up as they worked and did a final cleaning after they finished the installation. Eddie returned to show us how everything worked and do a final inspection. We are very pleased with Iceland Refrigeration and their crew.

Iceland Refrigeration did an excellent job. They had to redo everything. He is very good in refrigeration and he is very professional in his work. If people want a good refrigeration in their home, then he does an excellent job. He is very reasonable.

Eddie called me within 10 minutes of my service magic search for reputable HVAC contractors and left me a message. I called him back the next day and we set up an appointment at 5:00 PM or so. We talked about everything and agreed upon a price and I signed the contract agreeing to a one day installation for this Wednesday and now it is completed and I could not be happier. Had a 5 ton two stage Comfort Carrier HVAC installed an hour or so ago and I' am extremely happy already. One day installation was outstanding and flawlessly preformed. They got here promptly ate 8:00 am and finished around 4:30 and the system had already been up for an hour and the house really feels like a home now. They were completely professional at all times, there were no issues what so ever. They also removed my old Master cooler, sealed the roof and hauled all old equipment away. The entire process from start to finish was hassle free and completely non stressful. I can already tell this will be one of the top ten investments I have made in my life. I will recommend Eddie and Iceland Refrigeration to everyone I know.
