They did a great job and on time. The repair was perfect. They also washed and cleaned the vehicle inside and out!

They looked over the damage and assigned it a claim number. The car set almost two weeks without it being touched. I requested that I wanted to have the car back, so I could put it in my garage until Hoy Fox got around to working on it. It was setting in an open lot exposed to the elements, dust blowing in it, etc. I was informed that Hoy Fox didn't want to repair it, because of the special paint and parts were hard to find. If they didn't want to work on it, they should have said so in the first place. Thee insurance company cut me a check and I went to a smaller body shop.

Took my car in for an estimate, which they provided within 30 minutes. They are certified by my insurance company, so didn't have to deal with an insurance adjuster. They ordered the parts which came in the next day. Finished work within a week and kept me informed of the status of the vehicle. Washed my car and detailed it too. They did an excellent job and you can't even tell it was ever damaged.

good work but admin is shaky - did not know that they had received my insurance payment which caused me to have to pay the balance to get my car - they corrected the error when it was pointed out but I was without the full amount for several days - not everyone is fortunate to be able to do that and it was inconvenient to me as well

Hoy Fox Body Shop took care of everything. They dealt with the insurance for me, so I didn't have to. I go to take the care there instead of where the insurance wanted me to. They just did a great job. I am really picky and to me when you get in an accident and you ruin the frame, they made it look still brand new and they got it done in just four days and returned it to me.

Not well. I live about 3 hours from El Paso, TX which is the closest Mercedes dealership in southern New Mexico; I drove my vehicle there for an alignment. When the car was returned to me for pick up, the steering wheel was not straight, but turned to the left and the car had a tendency to drift to the side. This was brought to the attention of Dan Blesser, the Service Manager, and Tanya Lozano, the Service Rep, more than 3 or 4 times and they never responded and have not to date. For their lack of service professionalism, both should be reprimanded and someone should have contacted me to correct the problem. I've known Blesser since 2002 and he has always lacked service professionalism and enthusiasm when it came to correcting an issue with a vehicle that his technicians had already serviced.
