Very positive experience as this is our first home.  Very friendly and patient.  Willing to walk us through every aspect of the house.  Highly recommend.  The inspection with him was an excellent way to get to know the house and things to look out for as a first time home owner.  Would highly recommend if you like high quality home inspection prior to closing on a home.  Very friendly and willing to teach you about your home through the inspection.

They were referred by a realtor.  They do a number of things, but I used them only for home inspection.  They were really good.  They came out and did the assessment.  They said we could call them if we needed anything.  They took me all around the house and said why a certain thing was not up to standard, and what I needed.  They went all around the house and checked the plumbing, electrical circuits and everything.  They made an assessment telling me what was up to standard and what was not.  I was told me what things needed to be repaired.  They provided a detailed list of everything that needed to be done.  I would recommend Home See.
