I should have known right off the bat that this wasn't going to end well for me. I went to HD to see about getting an appointment to estimate refacing all me cabinets. At first the lady at HD said they no longer offer this service as the cabinet refacing company had a lot of issues and HD was no longer using them. As I browsed around the store the lady approached me to let me know that in fact they were offering this service once again. I set a time to get a cabinet refacing estimate. Well they never showed up so I called the hotline which led me nowhere. A day later the cabinet company called me to reschedule as they got busy and missed it. I asked why not a heads up call as I stayed home all day. All they could say is sorry we are busy and wanted to reschedule. I told them I would not be using them.
