They were very efficient and they did a good job. It was the least expensive one and it's a lot quieter than the last one, and I had leaking from before underneath my cupboard. I had someone just put a piece of wood underneath my cupboard. Overall, they were excellent. They were young kids too. I think they are more reasonable than the advertising price they had at Sears and Lowe's. The quality was good. It was what I wanted. They didn't have it in the store so they had to get it from the warehouse so it took a week. It was broken for 3 months so I got my income tax refund. As soon as they got it, they called me. Their professionalism was good. That was where I also bought my refrigerator.

I should have know right off the bat that this want going to end well for me. I went to HD to see about getting an appointment to estimate refacing all me cabinets. At first the lady at HD said they no longer offer this service as the cabinet refacing company had a lot of issues and HD was no longer using them. As I browsed around the store the lady approached me to let me know that in fact they were offering this service once again. I set a time to get a cabinet refacing estimate. well they never showed up so I called the hotline which led me nowhere. A day later the cabinet company called me to reschedule as they got busy and missed it. I asked why not a heads up call as I stayed home all day. All they could say is sorry and wanted to reschedule. I told them I would not be using them because obviously my business was not important.

They give an excellent service.
