It went well. He worked with the manufacturer (Sharp) and was able to get me a discounted rate of which I was about to pay for the services. He took the TV off the wall, did what he had to do that took about 3-4 days, and then came and hooked my TV back to the wall.

After examining my TV, Mr. Han told me that it would cost more to fix it than a new TV would cost. I decided to purchase a new TV instead, and Mr. Han disposed of my old TV at no cost.

The technician who came here just blew me away. I called them yesterday afternoon, the technician came out here picked up my TV at one O’clock, called me at three O’clock, told me what was wrong with it and got it back at nine O’clock all fixed up. There was something wrong to the power supply to it so I am sure it was some extensive work. Most places here, one has to take it to them or pay $20 to $30 to pick it up, but they did not mention anything about that whatsoever. It was a really fast service. When they got the TV back, it was all cleaned up from the inside and outside. They checked it to make sure it was fine. They were here in my house for maybe ten minutes.
