Recently had problems with the heating unit. Called another repair service. They had to practically dismantle the forced air gas furnace to find the problem. A metal air vent pipe was installed with the directions still inside the pipe. The paper was brittle and had brown spots where it had become very hot and could have caused a fire. The unit is in a closet next to my disabled daughter's bedroom. Since mistake was found so long after installation, there is little recourse. Would not recommend this company. Careless mistake could have been serious.

I had evaporative cooling and then I changed over to refrigerated air and when I did, I used a different company. I never did change the OBD's which are the vents where the air comes out from, I still had a refrigerated unit but I had those vents that really go to a swamp cooler and in order fr the refrigerated air to work at it's best capacity, you're supposed to change out those vents and so that's what I did. I changed out the vents except they call the OBD's. The turning vane goes inside the duct work, it's to redirect some of the air that goes through the duct work. It would deflect some of the air into a different room so there would be even transference of the air. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly. It just took them a long time to get out here because there just seemed to be a comedy of errors as far as, I mean we'd schedule an appointment 3 or 4 times and either I couldn't make it after all or they couldn't make it after all but when they did come they did an excellent job. It's just that it took a while for us to get our schedules together. It took 1 hour and a half I guess for them to complete the work once they came out.
