The local hardware stores were sold out of many items and plumbing supply places weren't even open. He replaced the broken copper pipe after draining the water and ice from the pipe. Water was restored to both our house and the tenant apartment in the rear of the property. His work is professional, clean and thorough. Prices are fair and reasonable. You get what you pay for.
