Mr. Garcia needs to work on his English communication skills. I sought an electrician to locate an electrical short and repair my factory keyless entry system for a 2000 Nissan Xterra, so I then signed up Angie's List to locate a such like professional, seeing that I'm not an El Paso, Texas native (AKA Hispanic) I'm a US English speaking citizen. Instead of subscribing to Angie's List for to years, I would have better off taking a native El Paso, Texas Spanish lesson course. where as I would have been able to converse with these El Paso, Texas natives.
Anyhow, when I met with Mr. Garcia of GARCIA'S AUTO ELECTRICAL and AC, to discuss my electrical repair needs Mr. Garcia claimed he would be able to repair my vehicle, however it might take a while in-order to locate and repair my vehicle the price was $60.00 per hour not including parts and labor. I once again informed Mr. Garcia of the type of service I was requesting, Mr. Garcia in reply stated it wouldn't be a problem. he had the vehicle for 6 days, didn't have proper office equipment in-order to locate schematics regarding my vehicle and had to retrieve the schematics from the dealership.
Then he told me he would contact me on a specific day and time and then he failed to contact me regarding my vehicle and quot; kind of leaving me up in the airand quot;. Finally when Mr. Garcia finished with my vehicle he claimed that he fixed the vehicle short, when I asked him about the factory keyless entry system he told me and quot;he doesn't work on those type of systems. thus leaving me back to square one, minus the electrical short.
