I was so pleased with all of his work. His crews arrived on time, worked without stopping, and Mr. Lowenberg was here almost daily checking in on progress and fixing anything I had issue with.

We spent about $15000 for their services. They had good workers and the quality of their work was good. They could have done a better job with communication. We had a problem with one of the foremen assigned to do the job, but that was resolved. Overall, it was good. Their punctuality was good too.

JULIUS LOWENBERG ALWAYS LISTENS TO THE IDEAS, WANTS AND NEEDS OF CLIENTS, WORKS ON FINDING THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE AND SUITABLE ARCHITECTURAL SOLUTION WITH ME...THUS WE CAN ACCOMPLISH A PROJECT NOT ONLY MOST SUITABLE FOR THE CLIENT, BUT MEETS TO THE EXPECTATIONS I HAVE IN MY MINDS EYE FOR THE FINISHED JOB. HE HAS A GREAT UNDERSTANDING OF THE PROJECT AS A WHOLE AND THE EXPERTISE TO EXECUTE IT TO PERFECTION...WHICH I REQUIRE. I'VE ALWAYS FOUND HIS BID TO BE ACCURATE AND FAIR AND MY CLIENTS ARE MORE THAN HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND RESULTS.
