FREEWAY CARPETS & WOOD FLOORS

Perfectly....really!  Tom and Margie Ramos are two of the most knowledgeable about their business, efficient, professional and nicepeople I have ever dealt with.  When Tom explained wood flooring with me, I felt like I was in a school with a professor!   He expained all the pros and cons for laminate, engineered, and hardwood floors plus the different qualities in which each is available.  Margie bends over backwards to help you find something you like in your price range that Tom has said is a reliable buy.  He took only 15 minutes to measure after showing up exactly on time; the estimate was ready when promised; delivery was on time and installation started when it was supposed to start.  Get this, in 1 and 1/2 days, 3 bedrooms had had furniture removed, carpets removed, wood flooring installed perfectly with molding and everything was clean as a whistle, plus all furnishings had felt put on the bottoms and everything, including TVs, printers, computers, etc. were hooked back up.  The price was very reasonable and the floors look far more expensive than they were.  They were installed in November, have required very little upkeep other than sweeping with my cordless sweeper and an occasional cleaning (twice?) with the cleaning kit Tom and Margie gave me.  And, I cannot say enough good things about the installers Luis, Willie and Nick Diaz of Diaz Floors.  They worked for Freeway Carpets and Wood Floors so I would request them if having floors installed.  They were like machines, working so fast without stopping and doing it all perfectly and so cheerfully!  They were like Christmas elves!  I would never use anyone for floors again except Freeway Carpets and Wood Floors. It would be a waste of time to try to find a better deal for the money or another dealer who is as knowledgeable or as eager to get you what you want that you can afford or who is more prompt and true to the promised deadline!  Did I mention they serve you cold drinks while talking with you?
