 + -1 moreThis is the first Toyota dealer I've been to where there seemed to be more service advisors then customers. When you drive up to the service area, they are quick to respond. The wait area is the best I've ever seen at a dealer. Which makes waiting for your car a less painful experience. They also have a shuttle, so there's no need to see that other dealer in town.
Description of Work: Replaced the drive belts, timing belt and spark plugs.

 + -1 moreThey handled all contact with the Warranty Contract(Toyota) and actually got my deductible waived ! That alone saved me $100.00 ! Hoy Fox service was on time and did an excellent job. They were very accommodating while I waited to take delivery of the car. Also the bill was far less than other Texas Lexus dealships I used in the past ! I will never go anywhere else for my Lexus Service !
Description of Work: Under Toyota Ext. warranty : Replaced Valve cover gaskets, replaced driver's side CV boot,....Replaced Driver's side mirror actuator...replaced dome light bulb...replaced key shank.....courtesy wash and vacuum.

 + -1 moreSo far the experience has been great. They were very friendly and listened to what my needs were. They have some coffee available and provide a shuttle too. As of now, they are doing a warranty call it includes a couple of leak calls on my vehicle. They are supposed to be doing a check on it and get back to me if any work needs to be done but I have not heard from them until now. This is my first experience with them; I am going to start having oil changes and transmission work if needed through them. There is a special way the transmission needs to be flushed out so I will go to this dealership. It is easier to get taken care of by them than going to a private mechanic.
Description of Work: My vehicle is at Hoy Fox Toyota Service Department dealership for service.

 + -1 moreI felt I was being swindled. I went there for service for years, but NO MOREW!
Description of Work: I took my car in for routine service and the manager told me they had to remove the engine and clean out all the oil for it to keep running. This would cost $1800.00 and he offered me a credit card to pay for it; this for an 11 year old car with 143,000 miles. He gave me dire warnings about what would happen if I didn't consent to the treatment. I did not do it, and 13 months later my car is running fine.
