This is the first Toyota dealer I've been to where there seemed to be more service advisors then customers. When you drive up to the service area, they are quick to respond. The wait area is the best I've ever seen at a dealer. Which makes waiting for your car a less painful experience. They also have a shuttle, so there's no need to see that other dealer in town.

They handled all contact with the Warranty Contract(Toyota) and actually got my deductible waived ! That alone saved me $100.00 ! Hoy Fox service was on time and did an excellent job. They were very accommodating while I waited to take delivery of the car. Also the bill was far less than other Texas Lexus dealships I used in the past !

So far the experience has been great. They were very friendly and listened to what my needs were. They have some coffee available and provide a shuttle too. As of now, they are doing a warranty call it includes a couple of leak calls on my vehicle. They are supposed to be doing a check on it and get back to me if any work needs to be done but I have not heard from them until now. This is my first experience with them; I am going to start having oil changes and transmission work if needed through them. There is a special way the transmission needs to be flushed out so I will go to this dealership. It is easier to get taken care of by them than going to a private mechanic.
