I call Files for an estimate, which was one of 3 that I got. Max met me at my house and spent a lot of time with me, explaining the process. Max showed up on time as scheduled, and he was very professional. After reviewing all the estimates that I recieved, I decieded to go with Files. They only treat termites on Saturdays, and I expected to have to wait a few weeks, but Max scheduled me right away and set me up for Saturday Aug.17 at 630am and explained that it would take at least 4-8 hours to complete, because of the digging and boring that is required. Once again, Max showed up right on time and completed the job as quoted.
I am very satisfied with my experience and will certainly use Files for all of my extermination needs in the future.

We have been with File's for several years now. Very happy and pleased with the service. They call monthly as a reminder of date and time they will be at the house. Extremely friendly and courteous!

They are excellent and really good. If I have a problem at anytime in the month I can call and inform them. They will send someone to take care and treat it properly. They warranty their services and are always courteous. They are always quick to respond. If my pet or someone else has been bitten they will show me how to catch a bug and keep it for them either dead or alive so that they can see it. They are as honest as they can be.
