I agreed to let the electrician do the work we agreed to but I wanted him to write the contract that we agreed and the work to be done. As he was writing the contract he started to saying someone else said that he wasn't charging enough. All of a sudden he said he had to disconnect something else in the house and now the electrical box wasn't big enough to do what he had looked over the day before. Now I needed this and I needed that when the day before everything was fine no problem. Get the understanding and the contract before the work begins it will keep you from having problems with this company. Master electrician?

He called me within minutes of signing off home advisor. Considering I paid 75 to install a ceiling fan 10 years ago, I thought 85 was reasonable. It turned out the motor burned out. He is very nice, respectful, and professional. Normally I do not get formal receipts or anything --- to receive this level of service - I am very impressed. He has really made me feel confident in dealing with Home Advisor -- So far two jobs -went to Home Advisor - hired both - good costs, good work If you need an electrician - you need to call this company. No job is too small and after talking with him, no job is too large. Highly skilled and know how to run a business too.

Received call from FDS within 30 minutes after calling Home Advisor requesting the name of a ceiling fan repair person. FDS scheduled the repair job for the next work day. On scheduled repair day, called to see if repairman could arrive earlier than scheduled. Repairman was professional in all aspects of doing the job. Will call for future jobs.
