Jewelry Sales/Design/Repair
Initially our experience with Estate Jewelry was good. The store is big and they have a lot of inventory to choose from. This store is more about the sell. They weren't more personable, but more of a sales pitch then the other store. I had to come back because we wanted a white gold set. I had to have them re dip the set, because the gold was showing through. I was practically accused of exposing the rings to a harsh chemical which was causing the white to keep coming off. The white was coming off one ring, but not the other. I don't go back anymore, because I felt shamed since they had accused me in front of another customer. I had asked them if it had been a gold set and the response I got was that their jewelry was as good as anyone else's and that I had accused them of selling an inferior product. I think we paid to much.
