EL PASO QUALITY UPHOLSTERY

Picked up couch, made repairs and returned couch. Very professional and excellent work for reasonable and fair price

They were professional and on time.  They came and pick up the couch and returned once it was finished.  They also made a cushion for the couch.

Came on Aug 23, 2014, cnecked the chaire=s , gave an estimate, wanted an advance on the work, gave him $25.00, he leaved.

On 8'/25/2014, he called and said he did not want to come on this day.

The headliner was OK, but the door panels were not very well done.  It looked like he did a rush job and the quality of work was shoddy at best.  I don't know what kind of glue he used, but it was very toxic.  The smell lasted for about a month and I literally got a headache every time I drove the car.  I had to drive around with the windows open and I went through a few air fresheners.  He also broke a clip on one of my sun visors and he promised to replaced and never did.  I called the VW parts department and found out why he never called me back.  That little clip cost like $45.00  I would not recommend this guy to my worst enemy.

Mr. Terrones was very professional, he came out & did an estimate & took my couch that day. 4 days later he brought it back - & you couldn't tell that there was ever a hole in the arm! So I let him take the chair & ottoman, again, they came back PERFECT! Reasonably priced & prompt!

HE WAS VERY POLITE, PERSONABLE AND EVERYTHING WORKED OUT FINE. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT HE WAS DOING. HE TOOK OUT A PIECE OF PAPER, HELD IT UP TO THE ARMS AND MADE A PATTERN OF THE CHAIR ARMS AND TOOK THE PIECES OF SCRAP LEATHER THAT I HAD AND MADE THE ARM COVERS.
