I was wondering why my garage door wouldn’t close correctly and there you have it. Shotty work and wanted to charge me 90 to come back out for a service call. This isn’t warranty, it’s incorrect installation. Horrible customer service got extremely defensive. Says they have 30 day warranty but this isn’t a defect so ??

Stephen was a highly intelligent, professional that I was most happy to have help us. He resolved the issue and explained what he was doing as he went along.

Estimate was set up and guided well by Robert. The visit was professional and the technician (Stephen) was excellent in his assessment and ability to explain the pro and cost of the door repairs. Work was performed expertly and quickly. Very pleased with good work. I will hire again if needed in the future.

Guys did a great job. Following day door opener started acting up. I called in and they came right over and after spending some time trying to correct the issues, the simply replaced the motor and the problem was fixed. I must say I have used El Paso Garage Door before which is why I called them in to help me with a new house we had just moved into.

I set up an appointment at 4:00 p.m. for an estimate. I got out of work early so that I can be here on time. At 4:10 p.m. I received a call saying that they are sorry but they are unable to send anyone until tomorrow. I'm sorry but time is money and calling half an hour earlier would have made a difference in not having to leave work early.

Excellent work. Complete motor, chain, garage door opener, remotes, and sensors were replaced in less than an hour. They were called on Monday and showed up the following day. Very courteous, professional, punctual. I highly recommend them.

I called Tom at Affordable and he had a two-man crew at my house within an hour. They had to drive 45 miles to get here. David and Mark had to disarm the spring, rewind the cable, and realign the braces, reinforcing them at the same time. They did a complete tuneup and tightened all the loose screws, leaving the door working better than it ever did before.

They came identified the problem, replaced the broken spring. Reminded me to service the spring every three months. I am pleased that Angies List recommended them.

Garage torsion spring died on old garage door. Replacement costs of the springs alone was around 300. However asked for a estimate to replace my 20 year old door. Got an excellent double insulated door all hardware springs etc. installation crew was on time professional and walked me though future maintenance upkeep. Have no complaints at all kudos to this company. Everything I researched equipment and cost wise was spot on with the company.

Made initial contact on here to find out if they could meet my needs. They could, so called and set up a quick estimate to discuss pricing and options: I use my garage a lot and need light. Also, my garage faces directly into the sun for half the day, baking the door and everything behind it. I liked the options and understood the price (did research on my own what a door should cost), so gave the go ahead. Owner said they could be at my house for the install at 9:00 the following Monday. Monday at 9:00 sharp, a truck with door parts backed into my driveway. A friendly, very professional installer got out to greet me and explain what all he would be doing, and quickly got to work. Several hours later he was done. Explained and demonstrated his work. I now have a cool, insulated garage door (I have already added a thermal coating to the windows and working on cutting acrylic backing to make them unbreakable -- I am fairly sure that would be an option with them, but I didn't ask cuz I need something to do). Overall, I am very please with price, responsiveness, and professionalism. (They beat the heck out of the other door company who I have been unsuccessfully trying to contact for over a year)
