I have been trying to contact this company for two years to install a new garage door. Mine faces the sun for more than half the day, baking everything behind it. Plus with all the work I do in my garage, wanted windows as an option. They responded appropriately a couple years ago when I bought an Angies List coupon for a door "tune-up". But they would never respond again. I emailed them at least three times from here, Have called with no answer, left several messages with no callback. I guess they don't like to sell/install garage doors, so I finally gave up and had a MUCH better, responsive company last week and had my new, insulated garage door, exactly how I needed it installed yesterday.

Apparently, they are either no longer doing business on Angies List, are out of business, or simply do not want to sell garage doors. They never got back to me on here or answered a phone message I left. Will do future business elsewhere

It was excellent. They did a great job. The service was good. The price was very reasonable. They were very quick to get on the job. I was very happy with it.

Started out a bit rocky, as the company wasn't familiar with the Angie's List deal that we purchased. There was also some initial confusion with the gal who originally answered our phone calls, telling us we were calling the wrong door company, until she checked with someone else that informed us the regular staff person was on holiday. Long story short, after the bumpy road of ironing out what we really paid for through Angie's List...the company did in fact honor the deal and went above and beyond our needs to satisfy our issues, due to all the initial confusion. The installer was very knowledgeable about the old style springs and rollers we had and worked it out so we could upgrade to the modern style. We are very happy with the noise reduction that his recommendation achieved. He also advised us that the previous home owner didn't put in a T-step (I think) and weather stripping, so we agreed to pay extra for that and it has drastically cut down on the cold winter air inside the garage. We are still waiting for the invoice for the additional weather stripping, but would recommend their services again. Lesson learned: Don't purchase the deal through Angie's List. It is apparently too confusing for the businesses...so call the company directly to arrange your needs.

Victor Garcia came out and explained what would be done and the cost. He arrived on time and was very professional. Quotes were sent to me by email. After my wife and I chose the design and color of the door. It took two weeks for the door to arrive due to it being a special order. This was explained up front. The workers showed up on time and worked very efficiently. The workers even cleaned up afterwards. I remember the names John and Felipe whom did a great job. They even finished an hour before the time that was stated. My wife and I are pleased with our new single two car garage door.

Overall it went well. A service call was required for an adjustment; but it was handled promptly.

Bought the $345 coupon from Angie's list for installing the new garage opener, which is a good price in this area after comparing with other service provider. The tech came on time and did a good throughout job within expected time frame.

Great! From start to finish took about 3 1/2 hours. Had a slight problem a few days later and they were out that same day to fix it. Outstanding service! Highly recommend.

It went very well. Raphael came out and promptly installed both doors, squared them up with both opening and adjusted them to make them easy to open and close. He also installed bars that protect the doors in high wind conditions.

El Paso Door has provided several services for us and has always been prompt, courteous, and efficient. Would not hesitate to call them again.

The tech was here at the promised time. The work was in done in a timely manner. He left the area clean and put together. Very happy with the work and even happier with the price.

Let me start by saying that there are VERY FEW business out there that perform like El Paso Door did - they were amazing. I first called to schedule an appointment for them to look at what I had and give me a price. The estimator showed up right on time and was very professional. I had an idea of what I wanted and he showed me several different options that would accommodate my budget. We settled on a door and then later on I change my mind. I simply sent him a text and he had an updated quote emailed to me right away. They told me it would be two to three weeks to get the door in and it ended up being two weeks. They scheduled an install and Benny showed up on time and was AMAZING. He is a one man team and really knows what he is doing. He is unbelievably professional and as friendly as they get. When an employee is so happy with his job then you know the company is great. He installed a 16 x 7 door in three hours. FAST. He cleaned up after himself and wiped the entire garage door down. He also answered any and all questions I had and made sure I was satisfied with the installation before leaving. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again.

It went well although I was surprised when he was finished the garage door didn't work. Of course I thought of a scam but thinking about it that door was temperamental for a long time. It is really nice now that I have a door that works well.

They were good. Service was fine and they fixed the garage door. They were right on time and I didn't have any issues with them.

The service provider came out and said he does not work with my brand of door or the garage door opener. It is a Genie garage door which is a popular brand. Perhaps they should mention this in the Big Deal offer. I have requested a refund.

Art Garcia and his technician arrived during the window they stated they could arrive at my house. They arrived in a company truck. I state that fact because there are some garage door companies that are simply call centers and farm out orders to contractors that are not employees of the company. One such instance was when one of these contractors arrived in a rented u-haul truck that you rent for $19.99 a day. They may be great technicians but it doesn't give you an overall professional first impression. I showed them the problem and they got right to work. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were very friendly and professional. It took them around one hour to complete the task and they showed me how to do the quarterly maintenance on the garage door system. After they were sure everything was tested and working properly, they cleaned up everything and took away all the broken parts (i.e. tension rod, springs) and left no trash. I would highly recommend this company.

El Paso Door is absolutely fantastic. I attribute the excellent quality of work to Mr. Garcia, owner. The gentleman he sent to replace my garage door was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. As a follow up, Mr. Garcia sent Gabriel and Angel to my place this past week--a year later--to make sure that my door was functioning properly. Thank you, Mr. Garcia. When I buy a product or service, it is the service after the sale that counts. El Paso Door provides this. I will definitely be calling El Paso Door to replace any and all doors at my place. Their standard of excellence is much appreciated. I recommend them highly and without reservation.

Excellent work done in record time! Called them mid morning and by the early afternoon my garage door was fixed. The 2 person crew were like a NASCAR pit crew and had everything completed in under half an hour!
