Excellent work. I would recommend this company to anyone needing any type of landscaping.

They charged $50 for the estimate; however, we were credited the amount once we hired them. According to the insurance company, this charge was standard. They were professional and prompt. They kept in contact with me and communicated with the insurance company as well. It was a two day job. I plan to use their company in the future.

We had a terrible experience with this husband and wife business. For a detailed account of our experience, you  may look at our rather lengthy complaint on the BBB El Paso website, which earned them an F. We urge potential customers to do their research on this business. We hired them to do landscape and irrigation work, which we later found out they needed to be bonded and licensed for (they are not). They were dishonest with us from beginning to end and took advantage of the fact that we are not experts nor knowledgeable about these things. When we attempted to work something out with them to correct their mistakes, they did NOT return or answer our calls. After calling them several times, we sent them a letter, and still no response.  We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the business did not offer a satisfactory solution; we provided them with plenty of opportunities to fix the problem. We have proof of that on saved text messages and recorded phone calls/phone records. We’ve been extremely inconvenienced by this whole situation; we should have NEVER hired them! We paid them over $9,0000 for poorly done, illegal work. Due to their refusal to take accountability for their faults, it was necessary to sue them. On July 13, 2015 Judge Enedina Nina Serna of JP 6-2 ruled in our favor and ordered that they pay us. They did not appeal because they know they can’t defend their wrongdoings. They have not paid us, but we hope they finally do what’s right and do what they were ordered to. They have yet another chance to fix this; morally, ethically and now court mandated. Why is it so difficult for them to just do the right thing? Anyone may look up this case on the El Paso public records under civil cases with the owner or manager name or case number (Case No. 6.215-00055-CV). We are more than happy to show people the work they did at our home so they may judge the quality of their work for themselves. They’ve now changed their business name to El Paso Custom Entryways Iron Works & Landscape. You’ve been warned!

I would highly recommend El Paso Custom Iron Works. The salesman Carlos, was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Took his time with us, was not pushy and very helpful. The working crew was also great, very clean and courteous. Even the owner came out to assist in installing the 8 ft storm door and to make sure we were happy, which we are very happy with the outcome.  HIGHLY recommend!!

Fine when the installation started and completed.  After service care????   Good luck.  It's like pulling teeth to get them to show up and respond to you.   Perhaps you will have better luck.

Sergio and his wife told me it would take approximately three weeks to complete the door and install it. After two week the called me and told me the door was complete and wanted to know if they could come by and instal it . They were there that afternoon. My fiancé and I were most pleased at the work they had done . Quality work and professionalism is what you get with El Paso custom Iron Works.

The gentleman showed up one day after the initial appointment.  It looked like he was in a rush.    He gave me the estimate and said he would email me a picture of a fence he suggested I should see which I received two or three days later.  We asked for a picture with a different design my wife liked better.  I called his number and the lady i talked to said she would return my call in an hour an a half.  I never heard from them any more.

Very happy. Relocated posts so they were anchored in concrete rather than attached to brick. Took a couple of hours and they were done

Mr. Ayala arrived on time for the estimate on a weekend afternoon when it was convenient for us. His crew showed up on time on Monday to remove the bars. They returned, as he promised, on Friday to reinstall the bars. They were extremely careful about not harming any of our plants and cleaned up after themselves. We will definitely use them again.

Sergio and Kimberly were awesome

The only problem I encountered was when the installation was done. The lock latch and handle were not even and it was making it difficult to open and lock the door. They came the next day to correct the problem and is working well.
