They make arrangements with us but sometimes they are not reliable as far as when they say they are going to be there because they get busy, but we have used them for years so we just work with that. It is about $70 a house. If something happens within thirty days after they do it, every time with us, they will come back out and they will fix it and most of the time they do it they don't charge us. So they stand behind their work. I think they are fairly reliable. I have been able to call them in a pinch and they have come out and done things quickly when it needs to. But then, there are other times too when they had an appointment and we thought they are going to get there but they didn't make it that day, they went the next day. I am sure we can find someone cheaper.

All work was fininhed on time and accomplished to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend them.

EL Paso Capitol Plumbing were very responsive, particularly the plumber who came out, Saul. We had some issues with the city's inspectors, in that after the unit was installed the inspector came out and said it didn't meet inspection. Saul fixed the problems and called the inspector back out. A different inspector came out and said there were different issues that needed to be fixed. He fixed those problems. I got frustrated and called the city. The manager came out and it turns out that both were right, but were interpreting it differently. He installed the unit according to the manufacture and had originally done it right. He was happy to keep coming out. The job wasn't considered done until it passed inspection. He didn't charge me extra for coming out all the different times and all the changes. He was real flexible with my schedule. He was very professional, very clean, and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call him back out. He doesn't even mind me calling him with questions.

They serviced the heating and air conditioning in all my four houses and they put the heat on. I have been using them now for 3 years and they are consistent and reliable. When they say they are going to be there they are there.
