My computer quit working after I downloaded a service to update Windows XP.  I called Mr. Velez and he came over the next day and cleaned up and fixed my computer doing several things.  I even was able to get my money back for the service that locked up my computer..

ARRIVE EARLY AND I TOLD HOM THE COMPLETE STORY OF MY PROBLEM WITH MITH WIRELESS.  DID NOT HAVE PARTS AVAILABLE, BUT, GLADLY WENT AND PURCHASED THEM ON MY BEHALF ZND RETURN IN THIRTY (30) MINUTES TO COMPLETE THE JOB.  JUST GREAT.

He came, he fixed, he left

Even though they were not able to provide me with the service, they tried to direct me to someone who could, and when that company couldn't either, Joe at Easy Computing said he would do some research and see if he could find another company.

He is always very responsive and makes himself available to us. He shows up when he says he will and is reasonably priced. I never have to worry about any of the quality of his work.

I found Gilbert through Angies List. He came and determined one computer needed replacement it was about to crash. The other computer was about six years old and had an unknown future expectancy. I told him I did not know how to select a new computer. He offered to meet me at a retailers and he would make a recomendation. We went to three retailers and he made his recommendations.After I purhased the new computers he then came out and backed up the old computers and installed the new equipment. He is available seven days a week. He was here on a Thursday, met me on a Saturday at the retailers, and installed them on a Sunday. Gilbert is reliable, knowledgeable, very reasonably priced and dependable. I will recommend him to anyone who needs computer service and will depend on him for my computer services.

I called the company and spoke to Gilbert (which I assume is the owner). I needed two laptops repaired so I scheduled an appointment for the following day at 4:00. The following day he called me at 4:00 to reschedule for the next day at 2:00 because he was still at a clients office. He stated he was at a law firm and that client took priority over laptops. The next day at 2:00 he never showed up. Although I did not have any work performed he clearly demonstrated he was not reliable and unprofessional. He should have just told me he wasn't interested instead of wasting two days of my time. I should say two days of work.

Gilbert's a real professional. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about computers. Because he was willing to come around dinner time to fix all the computer needs in our home which took awhile--he charged me only $50 but because I was so pleased with his friendly personality and expertise, I decided to upgrade the price to $100 which he at first was hesitant to take but because I told him that he really did a favor for us coming at that hour and staying until everything worked like a charm, I wanted to tip him. I really recommend Gilbert as do others that I know who use him.

Family managed Co. Serves neighborhood clients as well as larger institutions. Very helpful and courteous. They prevented me from discarding a good machine and having to buy a new one.

I made the appointment a couple of weeks ahead of time, allowing time for completion of another project and purchase of new computer and printer. I emailed him on the previous day to confirm the appointment. He called me about half an hour before arrival to get more specifics on my location. He arrived on time and began work immediately. Things did not progress quickly, probably because of the quirks in the new Windows 7 operating system. He was here about 4 hours that day, and had to return another day for another hour because we had failed to fully test everything the first day, and the printer was working with the laptop but not with the new PC.

Great. Prompt, courteous, and CHEAP. For less than what I had paid other services for one computer, they took care of 4, and with free pickup and delivery.

First, he is competent in the extreem for PC and network problems. Second, he is a good teacher asking "while we're waiting for this software to load, do you have any questions at all about computers?" I took great advantage of that. Third, he is honest and reasonably priced. Forth his card asks "Why hire a geek or a nerd when you can have a genius for less!" I could not agree more.
