Worked without any issues

I have used the provider twice when I have had problems with the lock on
the front door.  The first time, owner came out on a Sunday morning
when my son broke off his key in the lock the night before.  Both times
response was prompt and professional.  May not be the least expensive,
but I felt the responsiveness was worth it.

This is just one of many visits I have made to Eastwood Locksmith.  I have been a customer since 2005.  I am a property owner and I only use Eastwood Locksmith, from rekeying locks, making copies of keyes, purchasing safes to installing security systems.
I trust Eastwood Locksmith and I will continue to only use them for my business and personal needs.

Eddie our service provider was very knowledgeable and worked with great professionalism.  He  took it upon himself to clean and repair several locks that were malfunctioning.  He also offered advice on our security system.

My experience with them went great. They were professional and did the work. They charged reasonable rates for how big of a job it was. The work was done well. What he quoted me is what he ended up charging me. He didn't tell me it was a certain amount and then come out and increase it.

It went perfectly. I had lost my set of keys and needed my doors either re-keyed or  new door hardware on both doors, which I didn't have to buy - thank goodness. The price was very reasonable, also.

Very professional...Excellent service. In fact, they have been invited to come back to change the locks on a fourth door. No real complaints.

Their high level of quality of work is evident starting from the lady taking my call to set up an appointment. She was very courteous and took down all the needed information. Jim called shortly afterward to let us know he was on his way. He arrived in less than 10 minutes. Jim was very professional and extremely experienced locksmith. He explained everything he was doing (my Dad loved this part) and did not take the easy way out. As indicated, he had to finish up a job gone wrong for one of the locks. His high standards exceeded my expectations. Jim's professionalism, great knowledge and joyful attitude will ensure that we'll call on them next time we need any work done with locks. The price charged for the work done was extremely reasonable.

I'd made an appointment earlier in the month and had to cancel - they were great about that. Came back right away when I called at the end of the month - I only waited one day and it was convenient both for me and the locksmith. I just thought it was pricey although I don't have any previous experience with this type of service so i don't know. Maybe it was not pricey but anyone reading this will be able to tell. It was worth the peace of mind anyway. They said that re-keying the lock would be cheaper than replacing the lock. Anyway, I was very pleased with the service - the locksmith was really pleasant and fast; scheduler/receptionist/pone person was really great too.
