I hired this company to repair my dryer. Tech (Oscar) came out and diagnosed the issue as a blown sensor. Ordered the part and said they would contact me in 3-5 days to schedule the install. No one called. I had to email them to follow up and they scheduled the appointment randomly without contacting me. Tech replaced the sensor. After one load of laundry, dryer stops working again. I call the place, no answer so I emailed them. Again, appointment scheduled at random. Tech comes out says it's the same sensor and replaces it again under "warranty" and states it's a one time thing and if it happens again, it will not be covered under warranty. Tech tells me the issue is being caused by a "clogged" vent and recommends I buy an indoor ventilation kit from lowes until my vent is cleaned. I purchased the kit just to make sure I didn't have any more issues. Made sure the dryer was completely lint free and connected the kit. The dryer ran for 10 minutes and again, same error. I've called the company several times, my wife has called and I've emailed them and no answer. Completely unprofessional. S***** company. Save your money and go elsewhere.

They looked at my A/C unit and told me right away what was wrong. They were able to fix it right away. Service was great and fast.

Fixing the motor took two visits and a few reminder phone calls from me.  First visit the tech couldn't identify which motor was in the process of going out.  He had me text a video of the sound to their main office number and told me it could be fixed from that.  Once the video was sent, the office never called me back and it required a phone call from my home warranty company to actually find out what was going on.  Evidently the part had been ordered but I was never called until the part actually came in.  Tech came out the next day and got the motor replaced which was a relatively quick process.  
The technician himself was a polite and quick working individual but because of the slight attitude on the part of their receptionist and the lack of communication, I wouldn't use them again.

He was punctual, accessible to my working hours, he never overcharges, He also works on all large appliances... I would highly recommend him.

The repairman brought the correct replacement part and showed up at the time stated. He accomplished the work easily and I'm very happy with the result. He was pleasant to deal with. I will keep E-Squre's phone number in my phone for future appliance repair needs.

We were informed that a bearing was needed for our dryer. We were given an approximate cost of $189 for the bearing. My wife researched the part and it cost $89 through multiple sources, including the manufacturer themselves. We called to inform the vendor about what was found and was told someone would get back to us. They never did.
I then called several days later to ask what was going on and was again told it would be $189 for the part. I said we'd found the part for less than half that amount and would get it ourselves. He said he could not install the part as it couldn't be warrantied as the correct one. I then volunteered we would get it straight from the dryer manufacturer and he still refused. He then volunteered he needed to make money on the part as he was not making money on the labor. He then talked about the labor necessary to install it. What exactly was my $74 to do a major appliance repair supposed to cover -- his time on the road and nothing else?
I'm sorry, but no one held a gun to his head and insisted he agree to the terms of the offer he accepted. He suggested I get Angie's List to refund my money. I did so and am still awaiting the credit back to my card. Hopefully it processes properly and I can put this whole unfortunate experience behind me.

He came to the house 30 minutes after I called him, checked my dishwasher and recommended I buy a new one. He was very nice and helpful and efficient.
