They never followed up to see if the work performed was successful but finally, after many visits, it seemed to have corrected the problem. It was a defective fuse at the main fuse box. Would have been nice to hear from them to see if everything was taken care of. Also, electricians had previously left roofing tar on carpet, which they denied and the discussion became a headache so, I finally cleaned it myself. No emergency number on the weekends and is still a big concern as my initial problem was sporadic air conditioner shutdown, which happened on a weekend and in the middle of summer. Another headache.
