Landscaping
He was difficult to work with and did not follow directions. He demanded payment up-front and then he used poor materials. I think he took advantage of me because I am a widow and don't know about concrete. The new landscaper said he makes all of them look bad and not trustworthy. I have photos of the wall and pavers and dead trees. Within a two month period, I have had to replace all of his work except the wall, which has to wait as I have no more money to re-do it right now.
