Both father (Richard) and son (Gabriel) were very professional with a large team that worked within the time they had estimated for completion of the job. A couple of the sprinkler heads didn't work after all was said and done and they never returned to follow up (asked to twice). Two large flower beds are on the same timer, one gets a little too much water while the other not enough. My husband fixed the non working heads by the way. If I could be more specific about rating them I would give them A- to B+. When the grass hydromulching didn't work they were first to suggest a refund of the entire amount.
