i like them, they did a really good job. They air conditioner works fine, it passed the city inspection and I've never had a problem with it.

This was a large job. The two damaged units needed to be brought off of the roof and replaced. Carmen Dosher worked with us throughout the project, keeping us apprised of what was going to happen and how much it would cost. Once scheduled, the job was completed in a day and a half. Dosher Refrigeration obtained all required permits, and the work passed city inspection handily. Overall, the quality of the customer service and the work was exceptional.

They were okay. They came in to do a tune-up and a day after the entire system broke down. There was a part that they would have seen or should have checked that was the part that caused the air conditioning system to go down. They were good for what I hired them to do.

The company came out to inspect my HVAC unit and give me recommendations as to why it wasn't working properly over the weekend. A gentleman came out and spent a little while on my roof looking at the unit and he said it was most definitely a condenser problem. They didn't have a new condenser with them so they needed to go check the office. I didn't hear back from them for awhile so you called to check and see if they located one. Because it would have been after 5pm when they could get back to my place they wanted to charge me for overtime. I decided to have a company I had worked with before come give me a second opinion (Sun Valley Mechanical) and they said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my unit.

Very professional technicians who were polite and mindful of cleanliness.  They went over the overall inspection report and made recommendations as to what should be done next and how to continue until our next service is needed.
I will use them as long as we are in El Paso and as long as they continue with the philosophy and business ethic they have shown thus far.

The technicians were knowledgeable and courteous; in other words very professional.

They also gave some tips on simple maintenance steps that anyone can do themselves that would help keep the A/C operating at peak performance.

Great staff, Carmen in the office is wonderful and the work crew is professional and efficient. I love the itemized billing and knowing exactly what you paid for. They even reduced the cost reflecting the actual costs. So wonderful to have such great experience.

He showed up on time and was very professional, he introduced himself and ask me to explain what I was having done today in which I told him. I performed all the checks and explain it to me as he was going through them. Once he was finished I told him that I had paid on line and he called to verify.

The service was good. The workers were friendly and nice. They arrived within the time frame that I expected them to. They give you a window, and they arrive within that window. They left the area clean before they left. They even picked up the mud that they tracked into the house. One of the best things about working with them is Carmen Dosher. She is the scheduler and the billing person. She is easy to work with, which is nice.

Dosher was responsive and organized. The dispatcher gave me all the potential negatives up front (i.e. "We may not be able to fix it today if you need specific parts we don't have..."), and the service man was on time, as promised. The gas leak I had called about turned out to be the only issue. The line just needed tightening. I was impressed with their high level of technology in checking for leakage. They also let me know my original installer had botched the venting for my furnace, so I'm going to have that fixed.
