Best home repair service we've ever received. They were very fast, courteous and competent. We are very happy with the service and this company.

They were responsive. They gave me a good time frame when they could replace the doors. They were fantastic. I was very happy with them. I was so happy I called them again when I needed a door replaced. They cleaned everything up and took the old stuff away with them.

Called and made appointment for next day, Tech called next morning and was there within the time frame he gae me, was very courtous and finished job in a timely manor.

Tony came about 20 minutes early, which worked out very well. He looked at the situation and quoted $135.00 for the work. He looked at the door's track and gave me advise on how to lubricate it. The Sears motor was so old that he didn't have a replacement remote control. He finished in less than 40 minutes after lubricating the track so the door would slide better and removing the old metal steel coils. The cord for the manual release had snapped and Tony provided a temporary replacement.
Tony was very cordial, prompt, helpful and professional. I am very pleased with the service provided and would gladly use them again.

Very well. At first I asked them if they could repair one of the doors that was deteriorating. They went out to the property to do an inspection and determined that the door(s) were too old, which meant that parts were no longer available. They then gave me an estimate for one door. Because I wanted all 3 doors to look the same, I asked them for an additional estimate for all three doors. As a result they gave me the requested estimate which was very reasonable but a day later they revised it up a little bit which was OK. I accepted the offer and set up a date for the installati0on. They showed up as scheduled and installed the three doors in a very efficient manner.I am very happy with their work, but since I live out of town I wish they had sent me pictures and proviided me more feedback throughout. I learned from my tenants that they had done a very good job.

I called Door Repair Company at 1:30. The appointment was originally scheduled for the following day, but due to a cancellation, a work crew was at the house by 2:30, and the work completed by 3:30. I believe the price is fair for the work done and the waranty to back the job. I will be using these folks again.

After trying to get another company to complete this job (see other review on El Paso Door Company), I contacted DRC. They made the appointment for the same day, and even called before the appointment and were on time. They took 20 mins to install the parts and cleaned up the old parts and hauled them off. They even did some light maintenance on the door track. Overall I was very pleased, they did a great job and I would use them in the future. The price was about right, I had estimated $200 after doing some research on the internet and I paid $185.00. Not bad.

It went fine, but the charge was overwhelming for the amount of time spent. The sensors cost $65.00.

Door Repair Co. came out within hours and was very professional. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need and did a wonderful job.

It went great. They were polite and punctual and did a good job. My only minor complaint is that they do not do calls in the late afternoon which would have made it easier on my work schedule.

I spent about $300 on the job, which was fair. I had a good experience with him. My husband liked him a lot. I will use him again in the future.

Serviceman arrived within 1/2 hour of initial phone inquiry to the company. Had equipment and parts on truck that were necessary to perform the service. Courteous and professional.

Was very pleased with their response time and the quality of work. Called in the service call at 9:30am and their service truck arrived at 10:15am. Once the call was made I received a follow up call within 5 minutes letting me know what time they would be their. Once they determined the problem they gave me the estimate. I gave them the Ok to start and they were able to complete the entire job in about 1 hour. Left the area clean.

first of all, understand that we would give an "A" only for practically perfect service. this was not perfect, but we are happy with the service. company was responsive at first price-check and service info call. company sent out rep to examine owner's situation in garage and assured us they would take out and cart away the old door. we were assured we would not have to dissemble certain shelves. when workmen came to put in door, 1--they claimed they do not take away the old door; 2--the shelves would have to be taken out. so on one side, we removed the shelves and the workman found a way to work around the shelves on the other side. the workmen also needed 2X4s that none of us had been told they would need, so they had to leave and go to lumber yd to obtain the wood. (that saved us having to go do it.) the workmen did put in the door and taught the owner how to operate it and emphasized precautions, including a warning so owner would not incur needless and expensive service call. workman said he'd "do us the favor" after all of taking away the old door. major negative observation is that office and field workers were not all in communication and all working together (singing off the same sheet).

Everyone from the receptionist to the technician were polite, caring, and professional. I called about 10 AM after hearing a loud pop in the garage and thought I'd never get same day service. I was told that they could be to my home at about 2 PM, give or take an hour because they were on the other side of town finishing a large commercial job. I checked the BBB and Angie's List and found both rated the company well, so I went ahead with the appointment. Sure enough, at 1:30 the phone rang and it was the service guy saying he'd be here in 15 minutes. He arrived, looked over the broken springs and gave me a firm price for the entire job, and told me he could finish it in about an hour and a half. He had everything on the truck, had every tool to expedite the job, and even cleaned, adjusted, and greased the door and chain drive after completing the scheduled work at no extra cost. They are a professional outfit with uniforms and clearly marked and well-stocked service trucks. I will use DRC again in the future and will recommend them highly. I am very pleased to have found a company that values and works hard for their customers.

I called the company from the phone book and they came out within 1 hour. They were punctual and called when they were close. They replace the pulley and when I asked if they should replace the others as preventive, they said the others looked fine so they didn't try to sell me what I didn't need.
