The fact that I was given a 10 year warranty and in as little as 3 years due to this unfortunate rain weathers we had weâ ve been trying to contact Manny Ramirez since August! He didnâ t answer his phone until late September made an appointment with my husband and was a no show. Called him again and straight to voicemail or he was always out of town. By the first week of October got a hold of him and he set the time and day to come and see the damages again a no show. Went to his office located in Missouri St. his secretary again stated his out of town would call or text in the next 2 days and we are now in November and still no concern of any kind to respond to our request for him to see the damages. When I first met him he seemed to be knowledgeable and would talk a mouth full only to end up being very inconsiderate of his customers and overall not honor his word as he said he would his notorious on not answering his phone and the frustrating part is thereâ s only one number available!

They are very professional, courteous with excellent customer service. Once service is completed, they review in detail task performed and provide pictures with before and after activity.

This Team of professionals were simply amazing, fast, helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. I have a Flat Roof that had continues leaks throughout the 6 years owning the home. Done Right Roofing came out and diagnosed the issue and provided multiple courses of action for me to choose from. Since then (6 months) I have no issues with my roof. Phenomenal Team!

Did other work as noted by insurance carrier.....repair and paint exterior ceiling and walls of outdoor covered patio area where leak was observed. Replaced skylights and roof on sheds. Did finishing work as requested by owner. Was diligent in getting insurance to cover costs of roof replacement with quality materials.

They were prompt and did a good job. I would hire them again.
