Friendly and welcoming staff. Dr Janie Ramos (same vet as before but her last name has changed) carefully and lovingly examined our dog and discussed with us the possible causes of his problem to eliminate environmental problems. She took her time to ensure we had understood her plan of treatment and to make sure that we had no unanswered questions. It is very apparent that she truly loves dogs.

We were running late for our appointment and they were still able to take us. From the front desk all the way to the doctor to the assistance, to everyone, they were very helpful, very lovable and they took very good care of us. We are first time pet owners we decided to adopt, the dog, Shih Tzu, she was in a very bad shape, abused, dehydrated, among others so we have too many questions the vet took the time to answer every single question that we had and they made us feel welcome I think we found our vet

Dr. Grant and her staff are wonderful. They really seem to care about their client's animals. I switched to them after my long-term vet, Dr. Gee, died and some group bought his practice and in my opinion, drove it into the ground-Mesa Veterinary Clinic. Avoid the place unless you don't mind seeing a different vet at each visit, long wait times and docs and staff who seem to have no interest in you or your pets or their history and issues. Dr. Grant and her team are the exact opposites. My bid dog, a now 11 year old German Shepherd, was bitten by a spider on his foot last summer. He began limping on a Saturday, so I took him to the Animal Hospital, where he was diagnosed and treated with instructions to follow up with our vet. We got right in with Dr. Grant the following week. She prescribed powder anti-biotic sand Epsom salt baths of the area. She took pictures of his wound with her cell phone and gave me her cell phone number to report progress/regression over the next few weeks, even though she was leaving on her honeymoon, What a difference from Mesa Veterinary Clinic! She's the BEST...as are her staff, who call you to inquire how things are going, etc.

Dr. Grant and her staff treat my animals with as much love and care as I do. They are kind, caring and gentle. Their prices are great too. Even if I moved I would still use them as they are exceptional both as care givers and as human beings.

I could not have asked for anything more from our vet. She was wonderful.

A+++ Dr. Grant is the best....always takes plenty of time with us, knows our animals well, loves her work, smart and competent. She'll even followup with our bulldog's back problems with us on Facebook. Office staff are always warm and friendly, and associate vets for office are the best.

The visit went very well. The staff and vet are all truly concerned with the well being of our kitten and offered a lot of advice. In fact, the Vet spent more than half an hour with us and we will return to her office for future vet services.
