This roofing company is not reliable. Be careful if you contract with them. D.K. installed new roof in our property in 2016. Within a few months we started having roof leaks, we notified the company but the owner refused to honor the warranty. We recently put our house on the market and it failed the roof inspection, as a result we lost the sale of our home. It has been a nightmare working with this company to resolve the roofing issues We felt forced to contract a new roofing company costing us thousands of dollars.

The warranty work (repairing his own work after total material failure within 4-years) was finally completed and the job was acceptable. I as the homeowner had to do a lot of follow up over several weeks to force this to happen. The owner of the company is friendly and does respond but is very slow (days or weeks instead of hours).
