They gave me heads up before they came over, fixed and adjusted the garage doors, showed me some tips on maintaining my doors (which will save em money in the future), and even replaced a part for no extra charge! Their price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

We had to replace a garage door, they arrived about 8 minutes before they were scheduled and had to wait for us. They explained how they were going to go about it and allowed us to take pictures of the broken door prior to starting the job. I appreciated their professionalism and efficiency while doing their work. They were very kind in answering our questions and helping us to set-up the code for the garage door and remote. They were patient with us as we made certain that both the garage door and the remote were in sync and working properly. We will most definitely call them for another job.

Excellent service. Victor came and gave me an estimate for the replacements. He was on time and explained to me all my options. The price was actually cheaper that other companies I contacted. It took couple of week to get the doors, which Victor explained to me, so no problem there. The day of the installation I got a phone call from Victor asking me to delay the installation one more day because the person that was supposed to do my installation called in sick, I explained to him that my wife and I took the day off from work to be at home for the installation. Victor told me that it was ok, we were going to get another employee to do to installation. They were couple of hours late but they showed up and did the installation. The doors are beautiful and my house looks beautiful from the outside. overall they did an excellent job, I am very happy with the job they did.

Great service, tech was very professional and knowledgeable. Did service the door guides, replaced the rolls and install a metal bar at the top of the door to prevent it from bending.

Antonio came out late in the evening to assess the problem (quite a drive for him). After letting us know the problem and price, he called one of his employees to arrange to fix it first thing the next morning. He also made sure the house was secure by helping us get the door down and blocking the track, since it doesn't have a manual locking mechanism. Prompt service the next morning. We still had some trouble with it sticking later on, but he sent his son right back over to lubricate everything. Working well now.

Requested in morning, replaced on same day in afternoon. Father and son worked like a team. Completed job efficiently and professionally in an hour and a half. Also adjusted tension spring and closing space. Could have done a more satisfactory job. Price was for a better opener and about $100.00 less than other quotes.

.Came out day after contacting Antonio Vallecillo. Total cost was a fraction of a new door. All other sought for a quote would not do repair. Finished work in about three hours. Both doors looked and operated like new. Cleaned the area. Could not be more pleased., Texas
