We had a great experience. Worked with Salesperson Deborah Ruiffer. I recommend working with her, but all of the people we met were very helpful and courteous. Even Dick Poe came by to chat with us throughout the process. I have bought about seven vehicles over the past 40 years, and this was by far, the best experience. They were very accomodating on trade-in value, and overall price considerations, and really made it painless. I would recommend going to Dick Poe.

I heard about them through a friend. They were courteous, competitively priced, efficient and friendly. I was able to take care of most of it via phone before I had to travel out there to look at the vehicles.

Good service

Extremely busy because of hail-damaged vehicles, my service rep secured a vehicle for me to use while they had mine. When the work was not going to be finished when promised, she (Martha) called to let me know. She had also called to discuss the fact that I needed new tires rather than to rotate the current ones (original at purchase in 2003) plus an alignment. While she did say they would do whatever I decided, I was expecting tires to be needed so it came as no surprise.
